Refund Policy

Who This Applies To

This Refund Policy applies to payments made through Runwae at runwae.com. Runwae is a marketplace: marketers pay for gigs, and influencers receive those payments. Runwae has no subscription plans and no recurring charges.

Marketer Payments for Gigs

When a marketer pays for a money-compensated gig, the payment is held by the Runwae platform until the influencer submits proof that they have posted the agreed content.

The refund rule for these payments is the one in the Terms and Conditions, section “Monetary Refunds (Marketer)”:

• If the influencer has not verified the posted item after five days, the marketer can request a refund of the payment.
• No refunds are issued after the influencer accepts the payment, because the influencer can only accept the payment after the service has been provided.

Payment minimums and fees are described in the section “Monetary Payment (Marketers)” of the same Terms and Conditions.

To ask about a refund under this rule, email [email protected] with a link to the gig and the email address on your Runwae account. Never send card numbers or passwords by email.

Gift Compensation

Some gigs are paid in products (“gift” compensation) rather than money. Runwae does not sell, hold, or ship these products, so it cannot refund them. Questions about a shipment are settled between the marketer and the influencer, for example through Runwae messages.

All Other Sales Are Final

Except for the marketer refund described above, and except as expressly required by applicable law, all fees and charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any charge, in whole or in part, including:

• Any payment that the influencer has already accepted;
• Any payment for a gig after the refund window described above has closed; or
• Any amount, if your account was closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or cancellation right you may have that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws applicable to you. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this Policy to the extent required by law.
