Welcome to Runwae. The following terms and conditions (“terms”) outline a legally binding agreement between yourself and Runwae, LLC that governs the use of Runwae.com for people all over the world. In this agreement, the use of terms such as “we,'' “us”, “our” or “Runwae” refer to Runwae, LLC and its affiliates. Likewise, if you are using our services on behalf of any organization, the use of “you” or “your” refers to yourself as well as that organization.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Runwae WHICH INCLUDES YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS. By accessing or making use of this site in any form, you confirm your agreement to these terms and those terms outlined in the Privacy Policy. In order to access this site, you must be of 18 years of age or older. If you do not agree to these terms, then do not use the services provided on this site.
ARBITRATION NOTICE: BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AND Runwae, LLC AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU AND Runwae, LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. By accessing this site, you also agree to waive your right to participate in under any current or future class, collective, consolidated, or representative action brought against Runwae by someone else.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Runwae OR ITS AFFILIATES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, OR INDIRECT LOSSES OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU DURING YOUR USE OF THIS SITE. This limitation of liability applies to losses in circumstances including, but not limited to: (i) your access of or inability to access of services provided by Runwae, (ii) the activity or contribution of other users on this site, (iii) losses due to any institution that may determine you in disagreement with their policy, (iv) the unauthorized modification or removal of your content on the site, even if Runwae was made aware of it, or should have been aware of it beforehand.
Most areas or features within the site may require you to register as a user before you can gain access. In a case where you must create an account, you may be asked to verify the email address that you choose before your account can access certain features of the platform. A registering user must select if they wish to create a marketer account or influencer account. For a list of information that we collect relevant to each user, visit the Privacy Policy.
You must be of 18 years of age or older in order to create an account. Each user is responsible for his or her account. We request that you take appropriate measures to secure your account by keeping the confidentiality of your login information private. Unless otherwise permitted by Runwae, you may only possess one account at a time. Runwae reserves the right to deny you registration at any time for any reason. Runwae also reserves the right to discontinue your account at any time for any reason. In either of these cases, Runwae reserves the right to do so in the absence of an explanation.
Your profile will be made visible to other users on the runwae platform. For detailed information on what is made visible to other users, please refer to the Privacy policy.
The Runwae platform provides several interactive features that aid in the connection of users as well as the communication of potential value provided to users by various opportunities. These terms are referred to as “features” as they are not considered to be critical to the main functionality of the Runwae platform, which is considered to be the communication of opportunities and the security of the subsequent agreement and transaction. The interactive features are as follows:
Following a user
Favoriting a user’s profile
Commenting on a post
Sharing an item
Runwae inherently allows users to upload their files free of charge to the Runwae platform. Content uploaded by the user is referred to as “user content,” and is discussed in more detail in section, User.
All other content presented on this site (not including user content) is the property of Runwae and may be protected by copyright, or other proprietary rights. Runwae and its affiliates actively reserve all intellectual property rights in all non-user content.
Runwae provides a platform for marketers to post potential opportunities that influencers might be interested in accepting. The marketer may request that the influencer submit a proposal of a hypothetical social media posts, to ensure that it is to the liking of the marketer. In any event that a user posts content to the Runwae platform, it must abide by the Prohibited and Restricted Items listed below. If content which does not abide by the Prohibited and Restricted Items is detected, the item will be removed. The profile of the person who posted the item may also be deactivated.
Note: For the following list, the word “advertisement” describes the posting of an item to the Runwae website by the marketer, since the marketer is effectively “advertising” available opportunities.

Runwae reserves the right to remove any information posted to this site, for any time, for any reason, including user content. Runwae reserves the right to remove content from this site in the absence of any additional justification or explanation, and is not responsible for any losses that the user might occur from removal.
Using the site to assume the identity of other persons in existence.
Participate in, or conduct fraudulent activities on the site.
Intentionally disobey the policy of the overall institution affiliated with your activity on the site.
Using the site for any commercial purpose other than participation in the market platform created and offered by Runwae.
Use of any content on or from the site for any commercial purpose, including participation in the market platform created and offered by Runwae.
Use of any method to collect personal or personally identifiable information about other users of the site.
Use of any method or tool to tamper with the site in any manner that aims at degregating, preventing, or interfering with the performance or functionality of the site
Use the site to infringe upon the legal rights of other users or nonusers
Use of any method or tool to restrict or inhibit any user or non user from using the site
Use of any method or tool to reverse engineer, modify, deface, or deconstruct any portion of the site
Use of any method or tool to violate or compromise the security of the site itself
Use of any method or tool to violate or compromise the security of any user profile or information that may be sensitive
In order to enforce the prohibitions outlined above, Runwae incorporates methods to decrease the likelihood of prohibited uses of the site or prohibited content on the site.
Runwae requires that users verify their email address in order to access certain features of the platform.
Runwae provides a public count of how many transactions, or “gigs” each user has completed. This communicates the experience of each Runwae user to other users.
Runwae ensures that there are no separate accounts with the same email address on the Runwae platform.
Runwae provides commenting capabilities between for users on the runwae platform which allows public opinion to be voiced and received.
Runwae provides messaging capabilities between users on the runwae platform to ensure that mutual understanding and satisfaction is achieved by both parties.
Runwae allows users to report a dispute on the Runwae platform.
Runwae guides users through the transaction process to aid in security and ensure satisfaction.
Runwae allows marketers to post opportunities that offer either monetary compensation or material compensation in the form of apparel, products, etc. Thus, posts are designated by “gift” or “money” compensated opportunities at the time of creation on the Runwae platform.
In addition to specifying the method of compensation, the marketer specifies the social media platform of interest for the opportunity. The Runwae platform allows the marketer to select from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin as the platform of interest for influencer recruitment. The marketer may select multiple platforms.
Marketers may provide information about the opportunity to the public in the form of a caption and an image as part of the post. All uploads to the platform must abide by the terms outlined herein. Additionally, Runwae places size restrictions on media uploaded to the Runwae platform.
Note: The Runwae platform is not affiliated with any other social media platform in any capacity.
Hereafter, the term “payment” shall refer to both monetary and material compensation unless otherwise specified. The method of compensation offered by the marketer is made publicly visible to influencers, as well as marketers.
In the following section, the term “item” refers to agreements between marketers and influencers. Thus, the purchase of an item refers to the commitment (submission or acceptance of payment) by one of the parties to the agreement.
By design of the Runwae platform, marketers submit payments, and influencers accept payments. Therefore, any discussion below of submitting payments is related to those users that are registered as marketer users and any discussion below of accepting payments is related to those users that are registered as influencers.

Currently, Runwae only requires a shipping number from marketers for material payment. Runwae currently does not take any additional effort to make sure that this shipping number is a valid shipping number or an accurate shipment. Runwae is actively making efforts to properly address this lack of service. However, the user is encouraged to use the messaging functionality to communicate and resolve any shipping miscommunications.
Note: The influencer may message the marketer and request proof of shipment before accepting the shipment.
Runwae utilizes the Stripe platform to accept payments from Runwae marketers. Marketers are not required to create a stripe account at all. However, payments must be made utilizing card payments and not bank payments. Runwae does not collect the card information at all, but uses a token representative of the card (created by the stripe platform) to charge the card. Runwae does not store this token either.
Minimum payments of $10 are permitted on the Runwae platform for feasibility of operations. Marketers are charged an additional 15% of their payment for processing fees and operating fees.
In the case that the marketer submits payment, the payment will be held by the Runwae platform until the influencer submits proof that they have upheld their end of the agreement. This involves the influencer proving that they have posted their proposed post to the agreed social media platform.
In the case that the influencer does not verify the posted item after five days, the marketer can request a refund of the payment. Since Runwae doesn’t collect card information upon payment, the marketer must enter identical card information upon requesting a refund to receive it.
Note: No refunds will be issued after the influencer accepts the payment because the influencer can only accept the payment after the service has been provided.
Runwae uses the Stripe platform to allow influencer to accept the payment provided by marketers. Influencers must create a stripe account in order to accept payments on the Runwae platform. Runwae offers influencers an opportunity to do this through the process flow on the Runwae platform. This is done for the benefit of the influencer and Runwae, as Stripe offers a reputable and secure processing solution. Runwae stores only the Stripe user id from the influencer’s account, but Runwae is constructed as to only send payments to influencer’s accounts and to never charge them.
Note: The influencer must send funds from their stripe account to their bank account or configure it to payout automatically.
Note: The influencer has the option to log into their profile and disconnect their Stripe account from their Runwae account at any moment.
We hereby ensure that the Runwae platform abides by and aligns with the Firebase Paid Services Agreement and Google APIs Terms of Service.

Runwae will not share or sell any information regarding individual users under any circumstances.
Should any changes to these terms be made, an updated version will be provided at Terms and Conditions. The most updated revision will include the date that the revision was published. In some cases, Runwae may provide an email to users, notifying them of the updated revision to the terms and conditions. Should you find dissatisfaction with these terms at any time, please contact us or deactivate your account.
