Gigs

A gig on Runwae is an agreement between a marketer and an influencer. There are several steps in completing the gig before it is completed. Gigs are designed to ensure the satisfaction of both parties in the agreement, and to ensure a secure transaction.

The gig begins once a marketer engages an influencer who has shown interest in an opportunity. Upon the engagement, the marketer requests a proposal from the influencer. In the proposal, the influencer should give the marketer a firm idea of what to expect from the agreement and let the marketer know what the social media post will look like.

The marketer may decline the proposal (in which case the influencer can submit another), or submit payment to accept the proposal. If the proposal is accepted then the influencer posts the item on the agreed platform, and then returns to Runwae to verify that it has been posted.

The marketer then checks the appropriate social media platform to see that the item has been posted in agreement with the proposal. Then, the marketer returns to verify the post on Runwae. After the marketer verifies the post, the influencer may accept the payment from the marketer.

A marketer initiates a gig once the engage interests that has been shown on their post. Therefore, a marketer must first post a proposal, then an influencer must show interest in the proposal in order for a gig to be initiated.

A gig can remain open for as long as it takes the two parties to complete it. Either party can decline the gig if no payment has been made. If a payment has been submitted and either party is unsatisfied, email us at team@runwae.com, or report the dispute directly on Runwae.
