Email is the way to reach us. Write to [email protected] for anything about your account, a gig, payments or refunds, privacy and data deletion, or a bug you found.
What to Include
- The page or gig you were using (the address in your browser is ideal);
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- For account or payment questions, the email address on your Runwae account. Never send card numbers or passwords.
Disputes About a Gig
If a payment has been submitted and either party is unsatisfied, email us or report the dispute directly on Runwae.
Security
To report a security issue, email the same address. It is also listed in our security.txt.
