Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Runwae Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone who uses runwae.com, as a marketer or as an influencer. It summarizes the sections “Prohibited and Restricted Items” and “Prohibited Uses” of the Terms; if the two differ, the Terms apply. You must be 18 or older to use Runwae.

What You May Not Post

• False or misleading opportunities for influencers;
• Opportunities that are not offered directly by the marketer posting them;
• Pictures that are not your own original work;
• Offensive or hateful content.

What You May Not Do

• Pretend to be another person, or hold more than one account unless Runwae allows it;
• Take part in fraud, including false proof that a post was published;
• Infringe the legal rights of other users or of anyone else;
• Collect personal information about other users;
• Use content from the site for commercial purposes outside the Runwae marketplace;
• Tamper with, overload, or interfere with the site, or try to stop others from using it;
• Reverse engineer, modify, or deface any part of the site;
• Try to break the security of the site or of any user’s account or information.

Enforcement

We may remove content that breaks this policy and deactivate the account that posted it, as described in the Terms. A refund is not owed because an account was closed for a violation; payments follow our Refund Policy.

Reporting

Report abuse, a dispute about a gig, or a security issue to [email protected]. You can also report a dispute directly on Runwae.
